Alliance for Immigrant Neighbors (“AIN”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes AIN’s privacy practices in relation to the use of our website and LawLogix, our online case management software.
When seeking consultative advice or legal representation, AIN requires you to provide us with personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, date of birth, marital status, and employment history. AIN may also obtain your personal information when you sign up for our newsletter, make a donation online, or register for an event.

The personal information that you provide to AIN may be stored, processed, and used by AIN to determine eligibility for immigration benefits, provide legal services, process donations, track AIN’s programs and projects, and send updates and notifications.
Sharing of Information Collected
AIN is partnered with the DePaul University Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic and World Relief, which both provide us with guidance and technical support. As needed, AIN may share relevant personal information for counseling and advice in complex cases and factual investigation to resolve legal issues.
AIN does not share your personal information with third parties outside the organization without your consent, except as described above.
AIN reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if AIN reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect its rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
